Download Free Web Design Software Here
There are several alternatives when it comes to designing your web site. Perhaps you are already web design savvy, and you have the necessary software programs. If this is the case, you just need to register your domain name and pay for your hosting package.
But, if you are not all that savvy re this web site building business, and you want to have a go yourself, you can. And, you can do this without investing in expensive software programs that are going to take you ages to learn and be competent with anyway.
We have a program called WebSite Tonight®, which you can pay for by the month. We have even included free email and covered the cost of hosting as well. You build your web site online using this very user friendly program. To access WebSite Tonight®,click on the link and then click on the ‘Build a Website’ button.

There are many web site software programs used for building web sites. Some are even free or fairly cheap. Unfortunately, often the cheaper ones, are not very user friendly. It may be wiser to pay a little more and get a program that for example has templates, or CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), giving uniformity to all of its pages such as the one I am using here.
In the past, web page designers needed a good knowledge of HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language). But fortunately, this is no longer the case. Most modern web design programs have a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) facility. So, you can just type in what you want as though you were using a regular ‘Word’ program. If there is a need to insert HTML, then that option is still available to you also.
Most of my web sites (including this one) that I have built, I have used NetObjects Fusion®. It is a great program, which I find much more user friendly, (and cheaper) than Dreamweaver®, which I also use.
A great program I also use is only fairly recently on the market. It is very user friendly, and has lots of capabilities that many of the better known and more expensive programs don’t have. It is called XSitePro, and I certainly recommend that you check it out.
The link at the top of this page will take you to a suite of software programs, all of which are free to trial, and quite inexpensive to purchase. They could be quite good programs to start with, but I would recommend paying a little more and getting NetObjects Fusion or XSitePro.
