Change for some can cause apprehension and stress. But for others it can also give a sense of exhilaration and excitement. We live in a world of constant change, and the emphasis now in education is to facilitate competence in finding the correct information as opposed to just learning facts.

What we do at Ian McKenzie’s Domains has evolved because of this change. The head of the team, Ian McKenzie, has been involved in education and business for over forty years. He has a web site giving his Curriculum Vitae which can be accessed by clicking on the picture to the left of this text.

In the past, he and his company has paid out many thousands of dollars to so called experts, often only to be left with very disappointing results. One firm for example designed a web site which looked great, (and cost us heaps), but we later discovered that it could not be found by the search engines, because most of the text was embedded in graphics which they could not recognize. So, back to the drawing boards we went.

We have made some very expensive mistakes, but also we have learned from them. It has been a sharp learning curve.

Much of the learning has been experiential, but also formal courses in Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimization have been taken.

Through our research and years of involvement, we are now in a position to offer a great service at very competitive prices on not only getting quality web sites up and running, but also making it easier for them to be found by the Search Engine spiders, through our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) service.
