In addition to the services and products listed on those two sites, I do offer a web site design, publish and optimization service. I would need to discuss your requirements with you before giving a firm quote. However for ballpark figures, a basic five page web site, designed with SEO in mind, published and submitted to all major search engines (over 200), would cost in the vicinity of $1,000. A ten page basic web site, approximately $1,500. If you are just getting started, and would like a basic, single page starter web site, that you can build on later, then I can usually do this for $250.
